Rental Requirements

Reservation Requirements

  • All rental trips originate from our business in Portland, OR and return to the same location. One way trips entail an extra fee. 
  • Peak Season requires a one week minimum to reserve in advance. 
  • "Pick Ups" are always in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. "Drop Offs" are in the morning before 10:00 am, Monday through Friday. Weekend pick ups and drop offs can be scheduled for an additional fee. 
  • A 30% non-refundable prepayment is required to reserve a motor home. 

Insurance

Renters must provide a full coverage insurance binder through their personal auto carrier or purchase insurance through RV's To Go. We reserve the right to require a binder or decline the rental. If insurance is purchased, the deductible must be bonded.

If you purchase insurance through us, the rates are as follows:
  • Class C RVs- $25/day with a $2500 damage deposit
  • Trailers - $15/day with a $1500 damage deposit

Cleaning Deposit / Fee

A $200 fully refundable deposit is required ($50 for cleaning the exterior, and $150 for cleaning the interior). NO SMOKING in any of our rentals. A $250 fee will be charged for units returned with smoke odor.

Cancellations

There are NO refunds of pre-payments on cancellations. With that said, a reservation can be cancelled up to one week from booking for a full refund (less $25 processing fee) as long as the cancellation is more than 2 weeks from pick up date. Any cancellation within 72 hours of Noon on the pick up date will be charged for the entire tour charge. Because we are not monsters we try to under-promise and over-deliver here, so at our discretion a credit MAY be applied towards a future rental in some cases.
